I founded Connecting Staff in 2018 to create a supportive and inclusive service for people living with disability. What started as a small local service has grown into a trusted team across Victoria, supporting children, young people, and adults to live more connected and independent lives.
As a non-registered NDIS provider, we proudly work with self-managed and plan-managed participants to help them achieve their personal goals with flexible, person-centred support.

At Connecting Staff, we are committed to making a meaningful impact through high-quality, person-centred support. Since 2018, we’ve assisted over 150 NDIS participants in working towards their goals and strengthening their capacity in daily living. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering flexible, goal-focused support that aligns with each participant’s NDIS plan.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to foster an inclusive space for children, young individuals, and adults with additional needs in the Macedon Ranges and surronding areas. We strive to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported within our community.
